The Corruption Eradication Committee  questioned two former Depok District Court officials regarding Karabha Digdaya's application

 


  The Corruption Eradication Commission  is questioning two former officials of the Depok District Court (PN) and a court employee regarding a request for real execution submitted by PT Karabha Digdaya, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said in Jakarta on Monday that the three witnesses were being questioned to investigate the processing of the request for execution of the case.

"The three were asked for information regarding the application for real execution submitted by PT Karabha Digdaya," said Budi.

Based on the information gathered, the two former officials being questioned have the initials DPW and RVL.

Witness DPW previously served as Junior Civil Clerk of the Depok District Court, while RVL previously served as Clerk of the Depok District Court. Both currently serve in other courts.
