The realization of the distribution of Food Aid allocated for February and March 2026 in the working area of the State Logistics Agency DKI and Banten Regional Offices as of June 20, 2026, reached 99.35 percent.
"The target recipients of aid are 2,024,376 Food Aid Recipients , with the remaining 13,063 PBP still in the process of completing distribution," said Taufan Akib, Head of the Banten Regional Office of Bulog.
He said the remaining funds that had not been distributed were possibly replacement recipients because the previous recipients no longer met the requirements, either due to death, change of address, or other reasons that required replacement.
This achievement, he said, is a commitment from the DKI and Banten Regional Logistics Agency since early June 2026, that the target for completing the distribution of Banpang will be achieved before the last week of June 2026.
"Not only distribution, but also administrative aspects are expected to be completed before June 2026," Taufan said.
He further stated that the target was crucial in preparing for the distribution of food aid,
as outlined in the Limited Coordination Meeting at the Coordinating Ministry for Food on Tuesday (June 9), which will be extended for three months of allocation, from July to September 2026.
"We will immediately prepare for the next distribution of Banpang, after the distribution of Banpang allocations for February and March is completed," said Taufan.
