  Young Indonesian racer Veda Ega Pratama finished fifth in the 2026 Czech Moto3 GP race at the Masaryk Circuit, Brno, Czech Republic, on Sunday.

In this race, Veda Ega started the 2026 Czech Moto3 GP race in 20th position and from the first lap he tried to get a better ranking, according to MotoGP records.

Veda then managed to climb to ninth place on the first lap, then managed to climb to seventh place on the second lap, which he was able to maintain until the fifth lap.

On the fifth lap, Veda managed to take fourth place, but dropped to sixth place for quite a while during the race after being overtaken by two riders, Alvaro Carpe and David Almansa.

Entering the 15th lap, Veda pushed back to fourth position after passing Carpe and Almansa, but he could not maintain this position for long.

Veda ultimately finished the 2026 Czech Moto3 GP in fifth place after winning the battle with Carpe on the straight before the finish line.

Finishing the race in fifth place earned the Honda Team Asia rider 11 points. The additional points remain unchanged in the standings, with him sitting in sixth place with 82 points, 104 points behind first-place Maximo Quiles.

Meanwhile, Malaysian racer Hakim Danish was the fastest at the 2026 Czech Moto3 GP and earned 25 points.

Next, second place was taken by Spanish racer Brian Uriarte, while Maximo Quiles, who had been in first place for quite a long time, had to be satisfied with finishing the race in third place.
