BNPP maintains WTP opinion for 11th consecutive time from BPK

 





  The Indonesian National Border Management Agency  has again maintained its Unqualified Opinion  from the Audit Board of Indonesia  on its 2024 financial report.

Minister of Home Affairs  Muhammad Tito Karnavian as Head of the Indonesian National Agency for Assessment and Application of Technology  stated that this achievement was the 11th consecutive WTP opinion since 2014.

"The BNPP's 2024 program and budget performance achievements received an unqualified opinion from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the same as the Ministry of Home Affairs, for the 11th consecutive year," Tito said.

In the forum, Tito explained the achievements of budget management, organizational performance, and various awards won by the BNPP RI throughout the 2025 fiscal year.

He explained that the budget allocation for the Indonesian National Board for Development Planning ) at the beginning of the 2025 fiscal year, based on a letter from the Minister of Finance dated September 23, 2024, was set at IDR 267.13 billion.

However, following the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2025 concerning government spending efficiency, the budget ceiling was adjusted to IDR 138.4 billion after the efficiency measures were implemented.

"Furthermore, the Ministry of Finance has relaxed Rp76.4 billion in budget allocations, bringing the total BNPP budget for 2025 to Rp214.8 billion," Tito said.

He revealed that of the total budget, BNPP was able to realize a budget of IDR 213.5 billion, or 99.38 percent.

According to him, this achievement shows a very high level of budget absorption and reflects the effectiveness of program implementation within the BNPP environment.

Furthermore, various BNPP institutional performance indicators in 2025 also received positive assessments from a number of ministries and institutions. Based on the Ministry of Finance's monitoring and evaluation application evaluation, the BNPP's budget performance score reached 94.86, categorized as very good.
