Minister Nusron is strengthening services to the public

Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency  Nusron Wahid emphasized that all changes being implemented by the ministry are aimed at providing faster, more measurable, and more community-oriented services.

"Serve the people with your heart. If you can, say you can. If you can't, say so politely. The important thing is not to offend them," Nusron said in a statement.

According to Minister Nusron, public service transformation must be supported by three main pillars: organization, governance or standard operating procedures , and human resources (HR).

He said that these three aspects must be strengthened simultaneously so that land services run more effectively, transparently, and provide certainty to the public.

In terms of organization, the Ministry will change the structure of the Land Office  from a thematic approach to a regional approach.

"The goal is to make public services more easily measurable. Each Section Head must be aware of all the issues in their area. Furthermore, the service approach will be closer to the community," he said.

Nusron said that in terms of service, the Ministry  will implement the first-in, first-out principle , meaning that files that come in first must be completed first.

The Ministry of ATR/BPN is also implementing a Scheduled Measurement system to ensure the public receives certainty about service times. Service transformation is also underway for land transfer services, which are targeted to be completed within 10 days.

"We will use the principle of positive fiction. Referring to the philosophy of public service, everything must be measurable, have clear parameters, provide certainty, and be transparent," Minister Nusron told the ranks of the East Java Provincial National Land Agency  Regional Office  and the Land Offices  throughout East Java.
