Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel is optimizing the distribution of Biodiesel in Bengkulu Province by increasing the allocation at gas stations experiencing increased consumption to meet the needs of the community and the transportation sector.
"Pertamina continues to take various acceleration measures, starting from increasing allocations at gas stations experiencing increased consumption, accelerating supplies to the Pulau Baai Fuel Terminal, to managing queues by marshal officers so that the service process can take place more orderly and optimally," said Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel Rusminto Wahyudi via an electronic message received in Bengkulu, Saturday.
Pertamina understands that some transportation drivers have complained about queues and waiting times for Biodiesel filling at several gas stations, which are influenced by increasing consumption and high demand at several locations.
As part of the steps to address this condition, the distribution of Biosolar at the 21,391.11 gas station in Kepahiang Regency was increased to 16 kiloliters per day.
In addition, Pertamina continues to evaluate the needs at each gas station so that distribution adjustments can be made gradually while still paying attention to equitable distribution of supply across all service areas.
Pertamina is also anticipating changes in consumption patterns due to fuel distribution arrangements in a number of areas bordering Bengkulu Province, so that distribution continues to be adjusted based on developments in field needs.
