The plenary meeting of the Indonesian Basketball Association Central Executive Board ratified 10 regulations of the Indonesian basketball organization, eight of which are new and two of which are improvements to old regulations.
"In the plenary meeting, the management discussed and ratified the Perbasi PO package and it is not just a collection of articles or documents," said the Head of the Legal, Ethics and Disciplinary Body of the DPP Perbasi, Fritz Siregar.
The eight new rules are the rules for organizing 5on5 basketball, 5on5 basketball sports personnel, minibasketball, organizing activities and managing 3x3 basketball sports personnel, and the transfer of athletes.
Meanwhile, one of the old regulations that was updated was the ethics and discipline regulations. At the meeting, regulations regarding ethics and discipline were separated into two separate organizational regulations.
This separation is carried out so that the process of reviewing and handling cases is carried out more specifically, both for alleged violations of the code of ethics and violations of the code of discipline.
