Samsung has unveiled the new Galaxy Watch9, which it designed to be among the best smartwatches in terms of performance and specifications.
The watch has a robust body made of aluminum, plastic and durable glass, and is water and dust resistant according to the IP68 standard, and shock resistant according to the MIL-STD-810H standard.
Its screen came as a 1.47-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of (480/480) pixels, a brightness of up to 3000 nits, and was protected by a layer of crystal glass.
The watch runs on Android Wear OS 6 with One UI Watch 9 interfaces, a 3nm Snapdragon SW6100 Wear Elite processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage.
Samsung equipped it with an eSIM for connecting to cellular networks, microphones and speakers for making voice calls, music control apps, and sensors to measure heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels.
Samsung also equipped it with satellite positioning systems, an electronic compass, a skin temperature gauge, Bluetooth 6.0 technology, and a 445 mAh battery that works with a 10W wireless charger.
