The Indonesian Air Force is sending five T-50i Golden Eagle fighter jets from Air Squadron 15 to participate in a multinational air exercise held by the Royal Australian Air Force in Darwin, Australia.
it was explained that the aircraft and its pilots were released directly by the Commander of the Air Operations Command Air Marshal TNI Djoko Hadipurwanto, at Iswahjudi Air Base, Magetan Regency.
Djoko said the event was one of the most prestigious combat training activities because it was attended by 20 friendly countries.
For this reason, Indonesian Air Force personnel must give their best performance in this event to bring honor to the nation.
Djoko also reminded the T-50i pilots to continue to pay attention to safety standards during joint training.
"All personnel are utilizing the training as a means to increase their capacity, broaden their horizons, and enrich their experience in modern air operations, while prioritizing flight and work safety and security," he said.
With this exercise, he hopes that the Indonesian Air Force's presence in the eyes of the world will increase and that Indonesia's bilateral relations with the participating countries will become even closer.
