The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs fully supports the ICANN87 Annual General Meeting, which will take place in Bali on October 17–22, 2026.
This support was conveyed during an audience between Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Nezar Patria and the Indonesian Internet Domain Name Manager (PANDI) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) at the Kemkomdigi office in Jakarta recently.
As stated in the statement received on Sunday, during the meeting, Nezar welcomed the visit of PANDI and ICANN in preparation for ICANN87.
He also conveyed an invitation to the Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid to attend and open ICANN87 which will be forwarded for further attention.
