The Regent of Central Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands, Algafry Rahman, asked the regional inspectorate to conduct evaluations of all regional apparatus organizations periodically every three months to strengthen supervision and ensure that government administration runs according to regulations.
While providing direction to the Inspectorate staff in Koba on Tuesday, Algafry said the Inspectorate has a strategic role as an internal supervisor of the regional government, ensuring that all policies and programs remain within the legal corridor.
"This Inspectorate is our gateway, so I urge our colleagues at the Inspectorate to remain committed to carrying out their duties according to established procedures and to actively engage with all Regional Apparatus Organizations," he said.
He stated that internal auditors and supervisors must carry out their duties in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide increased support to each OPD to prevent potential errors in administration and implementation of activities early on.
