Algerian international goalkeeper Luca Zidane, son of French football legend Zinedine Zidane, has moved from Granada to Spanish second division rivals Leganes, the two clubs announced on Saturday.
Leganes revealed that they have signed the 28-year-old Algerian international goalkeeper for one year, with the option to extend for an additional year.
For its part, Granada stated that it had reached an "agreement with the player to terminate the contractual relationship that existed between them."
Luca Zidane played 27 matches for Granada last season, starting in all of them, and conceded 33 goals.
The son of French legend Zinedine Zidane joined Granada in the summer of 2024.
