Syrian national powerlifting team player Mirgan Hajji achieved a remarkable feat at the World Youth Championships held in South Africa, after winning 3 gold medals and one silver medal.
Mirgan won gold in the deadlift, squat and overall ranking competitions, while she won silver in the bench press competitions, continuing her brilliance on the international scene with this achievement, confirming her presence among the most prominent Syrian talents in the sport of physical strength.
The Syrian champion hails from the city of Raqqa, and she previously won 4 gold medals in the West Asian Powerlifting Championship in 2025, before adding four new medals to her record in international competitions.
The World Championship competitions will continue until August 29, with the participation of a large number of teams and players from different countries.
