In a weekly press conference, Khan said the initiative promotes justice, equality and inclusion, with the United Nations (UN) at the heart of multilateralism.
Since its launch last September, Pakistan has been at the forefront of supporting the initiative, calling it a "global public good" aimed at promoting justice, equality, and inclusion in international relations, he said.
Nearly 160 countries and international organizations have expressed support for the initiative, while more than 60 countries have joined the Group of Friends of Global Governance, Khan said.
He noted that the International Mediation Organization has begun its official operations, while the World Data Organization and the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization have also been established.
These developments demonstrate the vitality and strong appeal of the GGI and provide solid support for international peace, harmony, and development, Khan said.
"Pakistan has always supported and actively implemented the GGI," he said.
Khan added that Pakistan is ready to work with China and other countries to make deeper and more substantive progress in implementing the initiative.
