The motorcycle racing event, which will take place at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara, on October 9–11, 2026, will be supported by the security of more than 250 frequencies, with the Base Transceiver Station moving to strengthen communication services in the circuit area.
"The Mandalika MotoGP is an international event that elevates Indonesia's reputation worldwide. Communications support must run smoothly, ensuring rider safety, organizer operations, broadcasting to various countries, and the comfort of those attending. Therefore, all technical preparations must be ensured before the race begins," said Communications and Digital Minister Meutya Hafid, who directly monitored the circuit.
The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, through the Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Control, together with the Mataram Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center monitors and controls frequency usage to prevent potential interference or disruption between communication systems.
