Tennis athlete Meydiana Laviola Reinnamah was entrusted to be the flag bearer for the Indonesian team at the closing ceremony of the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games at the Mizuho Park Sport Stadium.
"Of course, I'm very proud to represent Indonesia carrying the Red and White flag at the closing ceremony of the 2026 Asian Games. I'm very proud to wear Balinese clothing and introduce it to the world," Meydiana.
Meydiana hopes the opportunity to carry the Red and White flag at the closing ceremony of the 2026 Asian Games will motivate her to continue giving her best for Indonesia.
"Hopefully, this opportunity will motivate me to give my best for Indonesia in the future," said Meydiana.
Meydiana appeared wearing a red silk kebaya that highlighted the beauty of Prada Bali, the work of designer Ghea Panggabean in collaboration with Ghea Fashion Studio, Sarinah Indonesia, Mills, and Tim Indonesia.
The kebaya embodies the identity of Indonesian women and the rich culture of the archipelago. The distinctive Prada Bali motif is applied using Ghea's signature gold hand-screen printing technique , then enhanced with gold thread embroidery inspired by the ornaments and motifs of Balinese Prada fabric.
