The Ministry of Communication and Digital is involving students in real-life projects to develop artificial intelligence (AI) talent capable of solving workplace challenges through the AI Talent Factory.
Boni Pudjianto, Head of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Technology, said the program was designed to match students' academic abilities with their experience in solving challenges faced by ministries, institutions, regional governments, industry, and the public sector.

"The advantage of this program is that students who are in their final years of study or working on their final assignments are directly involved in real-life projects that we have prepared. They work in teams to find solutions to the problems they face," said Boni.
