Vinicius objected to the decision of Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho to substitute him in the 59th minute, when Real Madrid were trailing 1-3, with his compatriot Andric replacing him.

But the change resulted in a shift in the course of the match, after Indrik scored one goal and set up another, contributing to Real Madrid's 4-3 victory and earning the Man of the Match award.

Vinicius, in statements reported by the Spanish newspaper "Marca", said that his anger stemmed from his constant desire to give his best and help the team, while praising the impact of the changes, and confirming that Indrik delivered a distinguished performance that changed the rhythm of the match.

The Brazilian star added that he is angry with himself for not performing at his best, but stressed his confidence in returning to his usual level, saying: "Vinni always comes back, and I have no doubt that I will."

Vinicius also spoke about the boos he receives from Real Madrid fans at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, explaining that he understands the fans' right to express their opinions, as they pay for tickets, although he believes that fan support helps players perform at a higher level.

He pointed out that the criticism he faced might be related to his longer tenure with the team, as well as his status as one of Real Madrid's leaders.

The player recalled his beginnings with Real Madrid, when he was ridiculed for his performance, stressing that he later managed to score more than 100 goals in the team's jersey, in a message that reflected his confidence in his ability to overcome the current stage.

Vinicius will miss Real Madrid's next four La Liga matches, according to the suspension mentioned in the report, which increases the pressure on him to regain his form before returning to domestic competitions.
