The Egyptian national team inflicted a crushing defeat on their Chinese counterparts with four goals to nil, in the match that brought them together on Sunday evening, as part of the semi-final round of the tournament.
Egyptian player Daniel Tamer scored two goals for his country, while Khaled Moussa and Mohamed Attia each scored the other two goals, at the Hamad Al Kabir Stadium in the capital, Doha.
Egypt's national team has thus secured a meeting with the UAE national team in the tournament final scheduled for next Wednesday.

It is worth noting that the Gulf Cup Under 17 Championship is being held in Qatar, with the participation of 10 teams divided into two groups, including 8 Gulf teams, in addition to the Egyptian and Chinese teams who are participating by special invitation.
