Russia is developing naval supply ships with distinctive specifications  Russian media agencies have announced that experts in the country are working on developing a new generation of offshore supply ships.  A statement issued by the press service of the Russian Zvezda Shipbuilding Plant said, "Our plant has started procedures for purchasing equipment for three new offshore supply vessels being developed under Project 22430, and the plant's shipyard has announced a tender for the acquisition of electrical power systems for these ships."
