Amorim believes Manchester United are more comfortable playing in the Europa League

Jakarta - Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim believes his team is playing more comfortably in the Europa League than in the Premier League, because the difference in game tempo gives the players more time to think on the pitch.

Since being appointed as manager in November, Amorim has recorded five wins and a draw from six Europa League games. This achievement is in stark contrast to the team's performance domestically, where United have only recorded six wins from 20 Premier League games.

"I really believe the difference is in the tempo and physicality of the game," Amorim said in a press conference ahead of the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final against Lyon, Thursday (11/4) local time, as quoted from the club's official website.
