PSSI General Chairman Erick Thohir is optimistic that Simon Tahamata will carry out his duties well as Head of Scouting at PSSI, after the two met.
Erick said this because Simon has a lot of experience as an academy or youth coach at four different clubs, including Ajax Amsterdam for 15 years (2004-2009, 2014-2024).
"With the experience he has, we are sure that Om Simon can find talented players, especially in Indonesia, to strengthen Indonesian football," said Erick via his official Instagram account, quoted Thursday.
