Prosecutor demands 18 months in prison for Pakistani citizen for visa abuse.




 The public prosecutor (JPU) from the Banda Aceh District Attorney's Office has charged a Pakistani citizen, Fazal Abbas, with an 18-month prison sentence for being proven to have misused a visa or residence permit in Indonesian territory.

The demands were read out by Public Prosecutor Alfian during the trial at the Banda Aceh District Court in Banda Aceh.

The trial with a panel of judges chaired by Said Hasan and accompanied by Zulkarnain and M Yusuf each as member judges. The defendant named Fazal Abbas, attended the trial accompanied by a language interpreter.
