Paramadina University international relations expert Ahmad Khoirul Umam said that all countries in the world must prevent the escalation of the conflict between Iran and Israel.
"The world must prevent a wider escalation so that a third world war does not occur," said the Director of the Postgraduate Study of International Relations at Paramadina University in his statement.
In addition, he asked the United States to encourage de-escalation of the conflict, and open a fair and equal multilateral diplomatic path.
Thus, he said that the deployment of forces such as C-5M Super Galaxy military aircraft to Saudi Arabia, or several hundred kilometers from the Iranian border, was deemed unnecessary.
"America should use its diplomatic power and network to lead the world toward peace. Rather than relying on military force, the world should facilitate dialogue that brings a sense of justice," he said.
