The Corruption Eradication Commission said that the report regarding alleged gratification by an official from the Ministry of Public Works (PU) for his child's wedding money is still in the prevention realm.
KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto made the statement when asked about the chances of investigating corruption crimes against the report.
"Wait a minute. This is still in the realm of prevention," said Setyo at the KPK Anti-Corruption Education Center Building, Jakarta, Friday.
He further said that the report was still in the process of being reviewed by the KPK's Gratification Directorate.
Meanwhile, when asked by journalists about the alleged gratuity money received by the PU Ministry official, he admitted that he could not yet explain in detail.
However, he confirmed that the report had not been studied further regarding the provision of gratuities by companies participating in projects at the Ministry of Public Works.
"Yes, not yet. Not yet there yet," he said firmly.
Previously, on Tuesday (10/6), the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) visited the PU Ministry to follow up on the alleged gratification.
