The International Energy Agency announces no radiation leaks, and the US says our attacks have reduced Tehran's nuclear capabilities.

its director general, Rafael Grossi, welcomed the ceasefire announcement between Israel and Iran. Grossi emphasized that the resumption of cooperation between Tehran and the agency will play an important role in resolving the dispute over its nuclear activities, expressing the agency's inspectors' readiness to carry out their work in Iran.

He added, "The Agency has observed significant damage at several Iranian nuclear facilities, including uranium conversion and enrichment sites." He continued, "Our assessment shows localized releases of nuclear material (mostly enriched uranium to varying degrees) within these facilities, but there are no reports of increased radiation levels outside them." Grossi indicated that the Agency can reassure the populations of neighboring countries that there is no radioactive impact that threatens them or the environment. He continued, "However, what is more important from a nuclear safety perspective is that Iran's research and power reactors have not been targeted."

In this context, Dorothy Shea, Acting Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations, told the UN Security Council on Tuesday that the US attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities "effectively achieved our stated objective, which is to reduce Iran's ability to produce a nuclear weapon."

For his part, a White House official said Tuesday that US President Donald Trump informed Netanyahu not to expect further US offensive operations following the attacks on Iran.

For its part, Israel announced Tuesday evening the lifting of restrictions on activities across the country and the resumption of education and air travel through Ben Gurion Airport starting Wednesday.

On June 13, Israel, with US support, launched a 12-day attack on Iran, targeting military and nuclear sites, civilian facilities, and the assassination of military leaders and nuclear scientists. The attack resulted in 606 deaths and 5,332 injuries, according to the Iranian Ministry of Health.

Iran responded by targeting Israeli military and intelligence headquarters with ballistic missiles and drones, a large number of which penetrated defense systems, causing unprecedented destruction and panic, as well as 28 deaths and 3,238 injuries, according to the Ministry of Health and Hebrew media.

As Iran responded with missile strikes against Israel, inflicting heavy losses, the United States attacked nuclear facilities in Iran, claiming the "end" of its nuclear program. Tehran responded by bombing the US military base at Al Udeid in Qatar. Washington then declared a ceasefire between Tel Aviv and Tehran on June 24.
