Mexicali, May 25.- César Eduardo Hank Inzunza, leader of the Encuentro Solidario Party (PES) in Baja California, announced new additions to the party, including the return of Representative Rosa Margarita García Zamarripa.
At the start of the legislative session, García Zamarripa resigned from the PES along with his former party colleague Miguel Peña Chávez, declaring himself independent.
The legislator stated that her departure was due to the fact that she did not feel prepared for the party's transition.
"Although I decided to leave the Parliamentary Group, I never decided to leave the party. We currently have new leadership, and I feel ready to return," the representative stated.
Martínez Ramírez began his term as a council member for the Institutional Revolutionary Party, but at the start of the administration, he declared himself independent.
For his part, the state leader stated that he will soon announce new additions to the party, and therefore urged people in Tecate to remain vigilant.

"For me, neither the far right nor the far left work; they are not functional models in the society we live in," he explained.
