Mexicali, April 27.- Luisa López Díaz, a candidate for Secretary of Conflicts of the Bureaucrats' Union, from the red slate headed by Juan José Villalobos, will file a complaint for the injuries she suffered in the confrontation that occurred this morning at the start of the bureaucratic elections in Mexicali.
López Díaz said he suffered a second-degree neck sprain after members of three slates began shoving each other on election day to elect the new secretary general of the bureaucrats.
The candidate from the red slate called a press conference where she announced that she will file a complaint for injuries against whoever is found responsible for the incident.
The confrontation took place on the Three Powers esplanade, in the heart of the Civic Center, where the largest booth in the entire state was set up.
