Rosarito Beach, October 13. One person died and two were injured in a traffic accident on Benito Juárez Norte Boulevard, near the Independencia neighborhood, in Rosarito Beach.
Rosarito's Secretary of Citizen Security, Francisco Arellano, reported that a man was waiting for public transportation when he was suddenly struck by a vehicle, killing him.
The driver of the white pickup truck responsible for the man's death was injured and was taken into custody by agents of the State Attorney General's Office, who were also charged with responsibility for the collision with another vehicle.
Another person was also injured and was taken to a hospital for medical attention.
