The Sleman Regency Government together with the National Association of Oil and Gas Entrepreneurs of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) signed a commitment to provide honest, transparent and accountable gas stations services in accordance with existing regulations.
The commitment was signed by the Regent of Sleman Harda Kiswaya, Chairman of Hiswana Migas DIY SPBU Aryanto Sukoco, Head of SPBU Division of Hiswana Migas DIY Bangun Wahyu Aji Wira, Representative of SPBU Owner Wira Adyaksa, SAM Retail Yogyakarta PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Weddy Surya Windrawan and Head of Legal Metrology Supervision and Community Empowerment of Metrology Directorate Ake Erwan in Sleman, Thursday.
Harda said that this activity is a form of joint commitment to ensure that gas station services in Sleman run well, orderly, and according to regulations.
He also urged gas station operators and all stakeholders to comply with all existing regulations and rules to protect consumer rights and maintain public trust.
"The Sleman Regency Government, together with Hiswana Migas and related parties, continues to monitor the performance of gas stations to ensure excellent service and prevent violations," he said.
Head of the Legal Metrology Supervision and Community Empowerment Team of the Metrology Directorate, Ake Erwan, appreciated the signing of this commitment.
According to him, Sleman is the first regional government to sign a joint commitment with gas station business actors.
