Rosarito, December 3. “ I would tell MC that if it’s about building a project for the benefit of Mexico, I’m ready. I’m a woman who listens, but I really think it’s a decision that’s already been made,” was Xóchitl Gálvez’s response when asked about her willingness to engage in dialogue with Movimiento Ciudadano now that they don’t have a presidential candidate.
Gálvez Ruiz began his second day of activities in Baja California with a brief address to a group of 200 supporters from the Rosarito Beach pier, nearly an hour behind schedule.
During her speech, the senator on leave alluded to the comments of her Morena counterpart, saying, "Yesterday I heard the candidate across the hall say that Mexico is happy. Well, she should realize this and come here so they can tell her about all the crime that's happening with her mayors in Tijuana and her mayors in Mexicali from Morena, how they've abandoned public safety."
Regarding the situation in Baja California, the candidate stated that " here you know what the Morena government has meant, its collusion with crime , what is happening in Rosarito is an example of what is happening throughout the country, so it is in your hands to change this course."
