The Office of the Comptroller prepares for the delivery-reception

The Tijuana Office of the Attorney General, through its General Directorate, participated in the recent Regular Sessions of the Procurement Committee, held on July 18 and 20, 2024, in the Treasury Board Room at City Hall.

At the July 18 session, attorney José Luis Ayala, representing the attorney general Rafael Leyva Pérez, participated alongside Alejandro Rivero Huerta, the representative and liaison for the transition to the incoming administration.

These Procurement Committee sessions are part of the administrative transition process, in which the Office of the Comptroller has established close coordination with the transition liaison, Alejandro Rivero Huerta, to ensure that all decisions made are in strict compliance with the law and the interests of the municipality.

For its part, the Procurement Committee, headed by the Chief Clerk, aims to ensure that all purchases of goods, supplies, services, or leases made by the City Council, with amounts exceeding 100,000 pesos, meet optimal price and quality standards.
