Ensenada, February 5. Ensenada's governing bodies requested that the city council-approved version of the Municipal Urban Development and Population Center Plan (PDUCP) be disseminated, as they claim they do not know whether this document guarantees adequate growth and the ideal vision for the municipality in the coming years.
The above, according to a statement by the presidents of the College of Civil Engineers of Ensenada (CICE), the College of Civil Engineering Professionals of Ensenada (COPIC), the Vanguard Association of Civil Engineers of Ensenada (AVICE), the College of Architects of Ensenada (CAE), and the College of Professional Architects of Ensenada (CAPE).
These organizations expressed concern about the secrecy surrounding the PDUCP, despite its approval by the council on January 29.
They stated that the PDUCP has been the subject of intense debate in the community, with civil engineering and architecture professionals in Ensenada remaining uncertain due to their lack of knowledge about the program's content.
