Liverpool fans have started an early attack on Englishman Trent Alexander-Arnold, the former "Reds" player and current Real Madrid player, who is preparing to face his former team in the Champions League summit match

 

Trent Alexander-Arnold returns to Anfield Stadium, which hosts the highly anticipated match between Liverpool and Real Madrid on Tuesday, as part of the fourth round of group stage matches in the UEFA Champions League for the 2025-2026 season.

In the past few hours, some Liverpool fans vandalized and defaced a mural of Trent Alexander-Arnold near Anfield stadium, writing on it in Spanish, "Goodbye, rat."

Arnold had left Liverpool and joined Real Madrid in the summer transfer window of 2024, in a free transfer deal, after his contract with the Reds officially ended.
