Former Chelsea midfielder Oscar experienced a tense moment when he collapsed during a medical with Sao Paulo due to heart problems.
However, the 34-year-old player has now been allowed to leave the hospital and enter the recovery period.
Sao Paulo confirmed the player's condition through an official club statement.
"A thorough examination carried out at the hospital revealed that the player suffered an episode of vasovagal syncope," Sao Paulo FC wrote on Monday.
The club added that Oscar's condition during treatment remained stable and clinically good.
