Manchester United (MU) manager Ruben Amorim expects Bruno Fernandes to miss several matches after the team captain sustained an injury in Sunday's 17th-week Premier League match against Aston Villa at Villa Park.
"I don't know for sure, I think he will miss a few games, but I can't be sure yet," Amorim explained, as quoted from MU's official website, Monday.
"I don't want to dwell on it too much. He's a player who's usually fit and has shown he can always recover," he added.
In the match that ended in a 1-2 defeat, Bruno appeared to experience discomfort in his right leg towards the end of the first half, but remained on the pitch until the half-time whistle.
