Indonesian badminton team women's singles coach Ahmad Tohari hopes his players will demonstrate consistent performance during the 2025 SEA Games.
Ahmad revealed that he had evaluated the players' performance after the 2025 SEA Games semifinal against Malaysia.
"Evaluating yesterday's semifinal match, in the first singles, Putri (Kusuma Wardani) played more freely than in the first. I hope she can be consistent in the final and beyond, be relaxed, and enjoy her game," Ahmad said in a written statement from PBSI
Ahmad gave input to Gregoria Mariska Tunjung who, when meeting Malaysian singles player Wong Ling Ching, often lost concentration at crucial moments.
"For Grego, it was a shame he lost in the first game. His focus and concentration were lost and he couldn't regain it in that situation," said Ahmad.
