Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Nezar Patria emphasized the importance of cross-stakeholder collaboration to protect the younger generation in the digital space through the implementation of Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning Governance of Electronic System Implementation in Child Protection."The digital space is like an open road full of opportunities for young people. PP TUNAS is here to ensure the digital space remains safe without restricting the right to expression and ensuring access to accurate information. With strong collaborative synergy, including with E-commerce platforms like TikTok, we can support this regulation and create a more digitally savvy young generation," Nezar said in a press release.
He made the statement during the #SalingJagaTunasBangsa workshop and talk show held by the Ministry of Communication and Digital in collaboration with TikTok Indonesia in South Tangerang City, Banten, as a step to expand the reach and strengthen the implementation of PP TUNAS.
