The Central Board of the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (PP FPTI) announced the complete composition of the 2026 Indonesian national rock climbing training team, in preparation for various world championships and the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games in Japan.
PP FPTI General Chairperson Yenny Wahid stated that the new coaching team is divided into two, namely coaches for the speed discipline and lead and boulder coaches .
"So, there is a steering committee, as well as a monitoring, evaluation, and performance analysis team," he said during a press conference to introduce the 2026 Indonesian National Rock Climbing Training Team in preparation for the 2026 Asian Games, at the Indonesian national rock climbing team training ground in Bekasi City, West Java, on Wednesday.
Yenny stated that the coaching staff was formed with the spirit of improving the quality of the organization through a continuous transformation process.
They started working this March, to prepare the athletes to perform better in the future.
