Ananda Zayn wants to be consistent after ending the ITCR 1500 on the podium

Young Indonesian racer Ananda Zayn Neymar is targeting consistent performance after winning the Non-Seeded class of the Indonesian Touring Car Championship (ITCR) 1500 National Championship in the second round of the 2026 Mandalika Festival of Speed at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara, last weekend.

"Several adjustments will also be made, particularly to the car, to ensure optimal performance," Zayn said in a written statement.

The racer born in Makassar, April 16, 2012, is one of the young talents who has stolen attention after being able to compete amidst the ranks of experienced racers in that class.

"Thank God, it was a fierce race. Considering that in my class, there are definitely seniors like H. Mono, Wildan, Jefri, who previously raced in the ITCR 1200 National Championship, and another new HRI Management racer, Rachel Cia," said the P5 Racing driver.

The Metro School junior high student showed improvement in performance from the previous series. In the first series, Zayn finished second in the Non-Seeded class and eighth overall.
