German national team striker Denis Undav admitted that he is increasingly confident with the strategy implemented by his coach Julian Nagelsmann.
Undav was a key player in Germany's 2-1 victory over Ivory Coast in the second match of the 2026 World Cup at Toronto Stadium on Sunday, WIB.
In this victory, Undav became the hero thanks to his brace in the 68th minute and added time in the second half.
"The team and coaching staff are making things very easy for me now, and that gives me confidence going into the upcoming matches," Denis Undav was quoted as saying on the DFB website on Sunday.
The VfB Stuttgart striker has become a trump card for Nagelsmann, who often encounters deadlocks by bringing him on as a substitute.
