The World Boxing Council announced that women's featherweight world champion Tiara Brown will face former women's super bantamweight world champion Ellie Scotney in a title defense.
"Undefeated champion Tiara Brown will defend her world title against dangerous challenger Ellie Scotney," the WBC said on its official website, as monitored.
The fight is scheduled for November 8, 2026, at College Park Center, Texas, United States. It will be one of four world title fights featured at MVPW-07.
Brown comes into this fight with a perfect record of 21 wins, including 11 by knockout . The American boxer has become a force to be reckoned with in the women's featherweight division after successfully capturing the WBC title and defending it in subsequent appearances.
Brown won the WBC featherweight world championship in March 2025 after defeating Australian boxer Skye Nicolson. The victory also dealt Nicolson her first professional defeat.
