According to him, football development should not only focus on senior-level players, but should also produce quality footballers who are developed from an early age.
He said that comprehensive coaching needs to be carried out in all 33 districts and cities in North Sumatra, accompanied by the activation of age-group competitions so that children have the opportunity to play regularly.
"It can't be done instantly if we want to produce quality players. Youth competitions are a crucial part of the talent discovery and development process. With regular competition opportunities, we hope to be able to identify the potential of players in various regions early on," he said.
Arya also said he wanted to produce quality referees who could reach the international level.
For this reason, local government support is needed so that football development programs run well in various districts and cities.
"We hope the local government will also support us, because this is also a good thing for the region," said Arya.
