Tijuana City Council reports on policies granted for timely property tax payments.

Tijuana, January 15. The Tijuana City Council announced the requirements and procedures that must be met to validate the fire insurance policies and funeral packages that are being granted for timely payment of property taxes this year.

"These policies, granted in collaboration with Asesores en Logística Económica Empresarial, SA DE CV (ALEE), cover the property owner, as well as their spouse and children, and are available to the first 200,000 taxpayers who fulfill their civic responsibility," the agency reported in a press release.

Taxpayers were advised to keep their property tax receipt as their primary source of proof and follow the steps outlined in the event of an accident or the need for funeral services.

To make fire coverage valid, the following must be submitted:

• 2025 property tax payment receipt
. • Fire department report (in case of fire).
• Damage estimate prepared by a specialist.
Once these requirements are met, the citizen should contact ALEE's immediate assistance line (55) 9453 03 84 and provide the required documentation to coordinate services.
