Tijuana, December 4.- A man was struck by a hit-and-run driver this Saturday morning. The victim has not yet been identified.
The man was declared dead by Red Cross rescuers who arrived at the scene.
The accident occurred on the Tijuana-Tecate freeway, near Plaza Sendero and the IMOS facilities, in the La Presa district.
Municipal police officers and the State Attorney General's Office arrived at the scene to process the incident.
During the course of the morning, at 6:10 a.m., on Lázaro Street, in the Camino Verde neighborhood, two men were found dead with gunshot wounds.
At 9:30 a.m., on Milo Street, in the Rancho Escondido neighborhood, a man died from gunshot wounds.
In the Centro Zone, a man was found dead inside a plastic bag. The discovery occurred at 9:40 a.m. on 5 de Mayo Street.
