PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir has asked the Indonesian national team to give their best on FIFA Match Day when the Garuda team faces Kuwait and Lebanon on September 5 and 8 at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Surabaya.
To welcome the two matches, Indonesian national team coach Patrick Kluivert called up 27 players, including a new name with an old taste, namely Marc Klok.
"We are ready to provide the best support for the Indonesian National Team," Erick wrote on his official Instagram account on Thursday.
Erick said the Indonesian national team must give their best because the two matches are part of their preparation before competing in the fourth round of the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers against Saudi Arabia and Iraq in October.
