The third day of the conference featured a number of workshops that discussed key issues, most notably the obligations of Islamic countries toward Gaza, reconstruction efforts, and the role of businessmen and media professionals in supporting relief projects.
The workshops were attended by a number of scholars, intellectuals, and government representatives, who exchanged views on ways to support the Palestinian people in Gaza and confront the effects of the ongoing aggression.
In this context, Dr. Muhyiddin al-Qaradaghi, President of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, expressed his appreciation for the scholars who attended from more than 40 countries in response to a "religious and humanitarian duty," emphasizing that supporting Gaza is an imperative that cannot be postponed.
During the sessions, Dr. Hammam Saeed, head of the Global Coalition to Support Jerusalem and Palestine, read a statement in which he emphasized that Gaza is being subjected to three types of wars:
1. The war of killing and destruction that affects people, property and nature.
2. The war of siege and starvation targeting innocent civilians.
3. The war of silence and betrayal from the Arab and Islamic worlds, and from the international community.
Saeed explained that the conference is being held at a crucial historical moment, reflecting a true test of the stances of scholars and the entire Muslim world regarding the Palestinian cause. He emphasized that what is happening in Gaza is not merely a military aggression, but rather represents a challenge to justice, freedom, and human dignity.
