Miami. A prominent U.S.-based group is urging the International Criminal Court to bring charges against former President Joe Biden, his Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin for supporting and complicit in Israel's war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
In a 172-page document sent to International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor Karim Khan, Democracy in the Arab World (DAWN) calls for an investigation and prosecution of the three former senior US officials under Article 25(3)(c) and (d) of the Rome Statute for aiding and abetting the crimes.
