Two world-class billiards athletes from the Philippines, Efren Reyes and Francisco “Django” Bustamante, will be participating in the billiards exhibition event in Jakarta titled Pool Legacy on February 10-12.
The exhibition event will take place in three locations in Jakarta, namely Mantra Pool Academy, The Cue House, and Headquater barn pool.
The format will see Reyes and Bustaman serve as captains, leading teams consisting of athletes, celebrities, and influencers, respectively. The two will also compete head-to-head.
"I've played against good players, like Reyes. I beat him in the Philippines. He represents the number one billiards player in the world. And I don't think that's a surprise," said the 62-year-old Bustamante at a press conference.
"If I play in a tournament, I'm still capable of winning. I don't think age is a problem," he continued.
